Lobsters

In Perce they fish for lobsters, so Ben's parents have had them twice since they got here, and snow crabs once (they are fished in the next town down the coast). Ben thought the lobsters were very interesting. One of the times we had them, the handyman for the building, Bertrand, fished them himself in the morning, then boiled them for us and brought them by. They were very good.
